Shipping & Delivery
This policy applies to shipping (Germany, Austria). It is intended to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. After placing an order in our shop, please read this carefully.
Shipping, Processing, and Order Deadlines
- Latest order time: 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin)
- Order processing time: 1–2 days, fulfilled Mon–Sat
- Delivery time: 4–6 days, shipped Mon–Sat
- Shipping costs: Free shipping
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be modified.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account is not required but can make tracking your package easier.
Address/Phone Number Changes
If you would like to change the phone number or address provided at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the information. In this case, you may request a return and place the order again.
Order Cannot Be Tracked
If you have an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1–4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
